Veldt Monster Finder update

there were some problems with the Veldt Monster Finder, but Terii Senshi had released source, so i leapt into action over the past ten years and fixed them!

the catch is, the computer with the needed compiler was virused in May 2010, and i have yet to reformat it, so i won't distribute any executables from it. does anybody have a clean copy of Visual Basic 3 laying around with which to compile? you'd be a hero to savannah roamers everywhere.
