It seems e-mails can get delayed up to a couple of days, the source of this delay hasn't been found yet but I'm betting on the unreliability of free e-mail services.

You can also PM me on the board to accelerate the processus, but I still need the e-mail.

If you have not been activated 24 hours after e-mailing me, PM me on the board.
